This simple and minimalist rack by Karl Mikael Ling is both visually and structurally light. The aluminium mounting plate is simply and discreetly attached to the wall. The hanger then pinches the mounting plate (hence the name of the piece), connecting into precut grooves. When not in use, the hanger can easily be hung flat against the wall. Perfect for small spaces. Available for purchase here.
I don’t think I will ever grow tired from the simplicity and functional freedom of the clamp-in table legs. This version, aptly called Adap.Table, is created by two Taiwan based designers Ta Yang Hsu and Francois Elphick. They introduced two versions of the design – Delta and Ribbon, both very elegant. Thanks to the adjustable clamping mechanism, the legs can be attached to any surface, instantly creating a table. Available from Indiegogo.
