Walhub is a clever little invention that takes virtually no space at all, while saving plenty. It extends your light switch (or outlet) and provides a mail organizer with hooks right where you need them, without having to drill holes in your wall. Walhub replaces your underutilized switch plate and adds practical function to a logical location. Brilliant. Available for both toggle and rocker switch types.
Organization nerds will appreciate this. Created by Seattle based studio Three by Three, these silicone organizers are perfect for busy people who don’t have a lot of space. Small and unobtrusive, these dry-erase planners can be attached to any smooth surface – wall, fridge, mirror, even window. They come in weekly, monthly, vertical and horizontal varieties. Each piece is easily cleaned and reattached. The planners can be supplemented by double-sided silicone sticky pads that hold small notes, staples, stamps and other lightweight items.
I’m very impressed with this clever invention – Space Bar desk organizer. This elegantly-designed accessory minimizes clutter while providing additional USB ports for your gizmos. Who wouldn’t want that! And after the work is done – simply slide the keyboard into the designated space below the shelf and store your office miscellany — keys, phones, camera, chachkies, etc. — up top. The piece is made from brushed aluminum with white plastic accents. Available for purchase here.
Houseplants, as much as we love them, are major space eaters. Especially the ones that exhibit signs of life. Luckily, this clever and beautiful design by Kawamura Ganjavian allows us to tame our homegrown jungle and organize it into a series of neat vertical structures. Called Parramyd, the system is comprised of modular pyramidal elements that connect to each other intuitively. By weaving branches through these links, we can create a structure that guides the way a plant grows. Parramyd will work with the hanging plants too. Ingenious!.. The elements come in two different sizes to accommodate a large variety of plants.
